Dear Sir,
Someone is hack my contacts and message them, am taked a loan and not repay will take legal action against me and each person of my contact too. The scammer send WhatsApp message to all my gmail synched contact and also steal my KYC details pictures from google drive and tried to access my front phone camera using illegal app. They used my KYC details and signature for a fraud financial loan app. I trying to reach that fraud number they not response, they refuse to share loan details, Financial Company details, NBFC registered id, app details. The scammer not respond above questions. After am tell about legal cyber action the scammer immediately delete messages and block my number from whatsapp. Please take any further action against him sir. Someone taked a loan from fraud loan app using my kyc details and signature without my permission and knowledge from my google drive. Please help me sir. All contacts persons called me ask about this fraud message am really worried about this case please take a legal action against him. Am attached scammer number and message screenshot below. Please find it and take legal action.
