I had purchased a membership of Country Holidays Inn & Suites CHISJL772428 . As per the membership . After Covid when I asked them that i want to avail holiday since due to covid i was not able to avail holidays for 4 years . Also at the time of purchase I was told to pay an amount of rs 7000 as AMC .
Now not only they increased it to 10000 plus taxes they also want to avail the money for 4 years where j have not used their services for 4 years . They want i should pay 50 k 1st abd then any booking .
This js rally appalling i also told them to forgo the holidays which i have not taken but they did not agree.
It does not make sense to deposit 50 k further to book even one day room
