I was checking my CIBIL score I just looked at the details and was surprised… I never took any loan from IDFC or PNB or HDB
So I spoke to the customer care of IDFC they told me it may be from Mobikwik so please call to them
I tried mobikwik customer care number then after I received a call
She told me that some one will call me just after this call and will help me to resolve the issue
Then I received call and
Shared Generated Code
Unluckily it was OTP
But as I have been completely convinced with the customer care call …
Looted me
He kept on talking to me and taught how to use the app
After sharing the code which was actually the OTP…
He transfered 2420 rs from my limit
Now I am receiving bill and the due date is 5th Dec
Though my ID has been disabled since that day
I am totally upset
