A fake personal loan sum of Rs. 2,70,000/- by the name of CHAIRIDSPL ( Account Number : 010001082926) which was disbursed on 08/04/2023, is showing in my CIBIL REPORT. By virtue of this email cum declaration I firmly declare that I never took this loan amount from this non-banking finance company and all my personal details have been used fraudulently therein. Hence I have filled a FIR on this grievous context which is being annexure with this Email. I further like to state that I am expecting you to come up with a report of this enquiry and the fake personal loan sum of Rs. 2,70,000/- which is been taken by my name fraudulently by using my personal details within two days and falling of which will arise further more civil, criminal and Miscellaneous proceedings against you in the competent Court of Law and in that event you shall be fully responsible for all costs, risks and consequences thereof.
