Text of Complaint by AUGUSTINE A THOMAS:

I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard purifier on Jan 2021. It stops working within 3 months in the warranty period. Raised service request several times and also escalated to higher level. Not getting any response or no reply to escalation mails. More than 100 days over after first service request. First service request placed on 3 May 2021 and complaint no is 20872047. Placed few more request with no 2021485102, 2021848318
No response. If I call technician, they are saying spare not available. Repeating same for last 100 days.

Product under warranty and not getting repaired after 100 days. Take back the purifier and refund the money
