I have applied on Dt. 03/08/2023 to release my Dream Programme fund release of Rs.110000, as per company’s nerms, I have qualified for the above remuneration. I got a reply to send the invoice of vehicle before 20th of the month so that I will get the amount in the next month income. I have attached the invoice on Dt.16/08/2023 for further proceedings. But due to some internal politics and company’s bad policy, I resigned from the company on Dt.19/08/2023, and I had worked till month end Dt.30/08/2023 , suddenly company blocked my ID on the same day and didn’t give my income of the August month . When I asked to release of my Dream Programme amount even, they denied to release my fund showing the reason that as I have resigned from the company and company is Private limited, so they don’t have any policy or terms and conditions as such to release the above promised funding and my monthly income too. Again they have shown that I did illegal activities and selling and I didn’t hold my leadership policy as such, which is completely baseless story, company don’t have any such proof against me though.
