Hi,

Yesterday 20.Mar.20 i paid for a new broadband connection in Airtel based on a promise given by airtel that i will get the connection by 21.Mar.20, i clearly informed airtel tyat i have to continue my job from 22.Mr.20 otherwisei will loose my salary i should get connection promised. But today till 5.30 P.M i was not getting proper update from Airtel vendor, i asked them to cancel my request and refund my money immediately since the next day is people curfew ordered by Govt of India i will not going to get the connection.
My problem here is i hv to loose my salary untill i get a new connection from other geniune vendor all these because of Airtel’s fake promise that i will get connection the next day itself.
If they said earlier that the connection cant be given in a day i would hv gone to other vendors. Why the vendors of Airtel is not genuine?? I need a proper response from your end otherwise i will look other options to get the reply
