I ordered a chair and made payment(there was no COD option available) but no confirmation message was received. At the time of customer complain about this order they are asking for debit card details for card to card refund process which processed through a link given by them. Also an app link was sent and guided by them on phone call which was likely to do forward all the sms to their contact number(9330360770). But I luckily aborted the process at the last stage. After all these bulshit call was disconnected and received an sms asking for OTP for transaction amount of Rs.80,000.00 but due to invalid OTP/3D secure code the card get blocked.
