My father got a call from customer care asking for a channel worth 60 rs free for ten days. First my father refuse it. Agent told him that its free for 10 days so my father accepted it. But at the movement my mother took the phone n refused to activate channel. So was clear no from our side. But they activated channel and deducted money.i come to know that when pack ended before time. And now they claiming that as my father once said yes so there will no other refusement will acceptable. N channel charges will not be refunded.
