Sir, I bought voltas split a.c 1.5 tonnes in MATRIX HOME APPLAINCES (PONDICHERRY).on 15/7/22. I have been facing lot of issues with the product since the date of purchase. The first complaint was raised on 31/01/23 which was for water leakage and fog coming from indoor unit. which was checked and fixed by Volta’s technician and he confirmed that the issue occuIed because a.c was not properly installed by technician. Second complaint was raised today the a.c cooling not work and again water leakage, fog coming from indoor unit.This was again checked and fixed by voltas technician and he confirmed that the issue occurred as the pipe inside the a.c was not properly fitted.and also EC error shows in display Indoor unit sensor will be defect. We will order the sensor part. After two days we will come back to you and replace the part. And also I will make a call to Pondicherry service centre person jeeva and informed that the issue he told to me copper pipes will be remove refitting then water leakage problem will arrest .so u will pay re- installation charges rs.1800/- then we start the work and re installation at our side.
I bought a a.c from Volta’s already I will paid installion charges rs.2000/- And again I am not pay. So,kindly at u r end to fix proper installation.

Sir, I will raised complaint about my a.c, 20/03/23. Santhakumar make a call to me,he told 23/03/23 u r complaint will be solved.Only I am received SMS from u r side otherwise zero quality service . But still there is no one coming and no response at Volta’s service. Kindly replace my Volta’s a.c In Pondicherry Volta’s very worst a.c service and poor response. Still I am waiting for u r response .
