I ordered a kids bed worth around 23000INR on amazon India. The product was received damaged but the vendor assured of replacement in case of any problem. SInce there was no warranty to begin with, vendor is now not entertaining its own words and is completely non-responsive. Amazon is hiding behind their words ‘No promised warranty’. Although their customer service reps kept me me in dark about repair or full refund.
