We have bought a membership plan of 210000 and have acknowledged receipt of the company with us. They deducted this from my credit card saying that it is no cost emi.
However when I received my credit card statement, i see they have made a fraud and charged me 15% interest on it and I am liable in paying 35K extra for that.
I raised this with customer care and there is no response in the mail.
The sales people are very rude. I wanted to cancel my membership because of this fraudulent activity but they are just playing around.
Pls help us to get our hard earned money back. They are cheaters who are doing fraud across the boards.
