I ordered a bean bag two weeks ago.. Actually the delivery date was on October 2 , but on 28th the courier service contacted us and we said them to postpone the delivery to the next day as we were not at home.. The next day we called them and they said the delivery will be on next day and it’s been 9 days and product is not yet delivered. And i registered many complainta but of no use. And today morning I got a message that the order is delivered but we didn’t get any product and the cash is already paid through upi.. What should I do… I want either the product or my product
