I was using flipkart pay later years back. I made all payments on time and then pay later option closed. When I checked my CIBIL score I found a loan against my name in IDFC first bank with loan no 27498890. Then I contacted IDFC bank and they told me that this loan is against flipkart pay later. I had word with flipkart agents and they told me that It will be close in 50 days but till now no action id taken and my Cibil is getting impacted because of this.
