I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the mishandling of my loan application and disbursement by Hero Fincorp. Despite being assured of transparency, the loan was processed without proper disclosure of the EMI structure, and my monthly salary of INR 40,000 was not considered. Consequently, I am struggling to manage an EMI of INR 27,350.The sanction letter bears a signature that is not mine, and despite providing evidence, the bank has refused to acknowledge their error. Instead, they have resorted to coercive tactics, threatening to repossess my vehicle and sending recovery executives to my home.Moreover, Hero Fincorp’s agent, Dipak, falsely promised post-six-month relief and a disbursement of INR 320,000, but I only received INR 240,000, further worsening my financial situation. Despite requesting loan restructuring, the bank has refused.I urge the Reserve Bank of India to investigate Hero Fincorp’s conduct, ensure they cease their harassment, and facilitate the restructuring of my loan.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
