Text of Complaint by Sayli Gawade:

I was having Mobikwik App account which is called ZIP. where they give credit line and monthly there will be bill you receive end of month and payable 5th every month. After due date there are huge penalties.

So suddenly one day i tried login to my mobikwik account and found that i am not able to login as its showing account is disabled. I contacted mobikwik through mail and ask them for activation by sending my aadhar card copy as informed by customer care on phone.

After this 2/3 days i was taking follow up with them for activation account as i was aware my bill will be due end of month and i dont want to delay it because of this reason.

After few days their team replied and asked me about some back dated transaction of 5000/- which is done from my cc trf to mobikwik wallet and which is regular transaction done by me. BUT now they are asking me to go to SBI and take NOC and submit then account will be activated as according to them its showing in fraud transaction.

I have given them proof on my card debited and same amount received in my wallet. Nothing is fraud happened with me as this is done by me only and not only this there are more transactions i have done like this.

somehow i understood that they just want to drag it till my bill gets generated. So they know i will not able to login and make payment on time and eventually they can add penalties.

This transaction is from ONE card not from SBI. But they need NOC without reason.

) They have not informed me at the time of this transaction done. Which is fraud according to them!!!

) I have not received any mail or msg when they blocked my account. It came to me when i tried to login my account and its showing disabled by them without informing me.

) Then when bill generated i asked them to send me link for payment which should be direct payment to them as app login disabled by them. BUT no response.

4) When i called customer care numbers, they are not able to resolve it and eventually kept me on hold and disconnected later. again i tried but again she kept me on hold and then again call started from begginning where you have to press again 1 for english….etc etc

5) Still i am just sending them mails to all their ID’s for sending me link for payment as i dont want to continue with their app anyways. BUT no response as they want to add penalties further.

Kindly help me in this matter.
