I have received a wrong item against order No.SO81052457 (Summer jegging instead of woolen jegging) and first of all the Club factory was denying to accept that they have sent wrong item. Then after sending screenshots of the order and received courier, they have told me that they will take it to seniors and finally accepted that they have sent wrong item. This process took almost 5 days and thereafter they have processed my return request but even after 2 weeks no one is coming to pick the return product. Now they are asking me to send it at my own cost and deducting Rs.90/- against my order. No one is answering me.
