Dear Sir/ Madam
I had ordered for NOKIA ULTRA HD 4K QLED Smart Android TV (55 inch), (Order ID: OD12390334860095700) on 14-Jan-22, which was delivered on 16-Jan-22 around 10 AM.
As per Flipkart commitment, installation was to be done on same day on or before 7 PM. I have received no calls or intimation until today from installation team.
As the promised commitment was not fulfilled, I am not willing to keep the product. Also your services have been extremely unsatisfactory.
Since then, I have been raising multiple complaints and persistently contacting your team, requesting to RETURN the product and REFUND due to non-fulfilment of commitment as promised. Have made about 60 call back requests until today.
But I have to say I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the callous and irresponsive attitude shown by your team even after raising the issue multiple times. None of your team was able to address my concern.
I have been relentlessly following up with your team to settle my concerns. Each day your team is making false promises of settling my complaints. None of your team has calls back for updates, every time I have to call them to enquire about the status of the complaints. I am surprised at this irresponsible behaviour showcased by your staffs.
Never expected such an unprofessional demeanour by a company like Flipkart
Since I am having such a bad experience with Flipkart and your unable to provide satisfactory resolution, I have decided not to consider Flipkart for any of my future purchases.
I hope my grievances are addressed, and necessary steps are taken to process the Return and Refund for the purchase, at the earliest
