Dear Mr .Sunil we need your needful to clear the account of our airtel bill settlement .since we have complaining this issue from september 2018.either no one is responding or take over and clear the issue .we requested the RELATIONSHIP MANGER to come meet us and clear the account .still no one is come .if this mail is not i need for us .i sure take an legal action on airtel who as cheated us . sure i will go publish this infromation in all the TV channels about airtel and the store in banaswadi (person NAME JAGADISH ) who has taken our money .which no airtel person has taken any action on it .please go though the mail below given .u will understand.i want the reply from your side by today .
Sub : Settlement of Bills
With reference to the above, we have been using 4 nos of airtel connections.9880368899/9880358899 / 9880388899 and 9845979999,
We are using this service from a very long time from last 4 to 5 years. these are corporate connections.We want to settle the account for these numbers. We do not have any the relationship manger to follow up for payment and for other queries from last one year. Since these are corporate number we must have relationship manager whom we can coordinate with. Earlier also we have sent request for same but we did not get any revert from your side.and every month we paid the bill to store near banaswadi there Mr Jagadish has collected the cash which was not updated in your records .and so in the of year 2017 we have made the payment to( Mr.Ravi kumar) amount 40000 /-to clear the outsanding .for that even we dint get any bill from them.still some outstanding showing .banaswadi airtel store are so cheaters hoping that they will do the payment even we ask for that but now we came to know that this store casher JADAGISH has not recorded the payment which we have done.and also the store jagadish have done the payment from his end for 4 months on 28th DEC 18.u can cross check from them .he is number one fraud guy .hopefuly this same he would have for many .wen i reached they store after me talking other 2 customer started asking for the old bills were its not update . i request you to cross check at the earlier to settle down this up to nil .please we dont want to extent this for this month bill .we highly
respect you and request you this work will be done .
