Sir / madam
As on 22may 2021 at 08.55am while recharging my airtel prepaid no 9899983447 of Rs 399
The amount debited though airtel thanks app from paytm wallet
It was successful transaction from paytm but airtel shows fail transaction, after complaining again and again to customers care and after number of email to airtel,, there is no satisfied ans from airtel, and my amount is not refunded till know
I have provided all require proof of my transaction, but they are not convinced and every time they have new excuse (airtel)
I am also attached all proof with this plz see the attachment
Plz help me to solve this problem
