Hi
I have visited your mulund west branch and spoken with asma which was very rude my card gas been crashed and i was showing my pan card on mobile no but she refused and whdn i told him to closed my card and i want tobgo with jio for portability then slso she was asking for the origumal card.
Pleade provide the documentaion where it has mentioned to clised the card you required to submit the pan card?
