I am using dhani one freedom card with 25000 credit limit, I had paid all my dues, but 97 rs were not updating in my total limit, I am calling to the customer care & sending mails to the Dhani support daily since 3 months , but they were telling only sorry there was a technical issue we had escalated the complaint to the IT ,it will be solve in next 24 hours , simply thats it , next I want to unsubscribe the dhani one freedom card but it will be not possible untill 97rs were updated in my account, for every month 499 rs were auto debiting from my account as subscription fee …….. How many months will they took to solve technical issue?????
