I went to Airtel Store – Ekkatuthangal , Chennai – 600032 last saturday.
I went to add my old number again as E-Sim in my new mobile.
So what they said is , your number is deactivated so you have to pay due amount so we will get that number back .
I agreed and paid after then a girl executive said you have to pay another 300 + 399 ( gst ) which is to get new sim and plan . What ever i know it is a scam and paid the amount . But still no activated. There are more issue in that location where your executive went to beat a customer when i went . What is the issue actually. If some one without knowledge you should guide them why are you guys threatening?? And talking politics inside office,???
