Hi ,

i took 9502970839 this airtel number on october 23 in Ap and i have used this for 10 more days but suddenly signal services got stopped.after when i visted customer care office got to knew this like this number got activated to other user in postpaid without my acknowledgement

i have raised the same complaint ti nodalofficers of AP in Dec but till today my issue didn’t get resolved.

i need the reason how come this happened and it is not expected from this reputed airtel firm and it is affecting me badly since am using whatsapp with the same number.

i need the compensated resolution for this which should be considered.
