This is to inform you that I was facing serious internet speed issues in the month of May and June, for which I had raised the concern to customer care via call (Service ID : SR00001197OP). For such disruption, I was promised by the Customer Care executive on the call that I shall be duly compensated for such period of inconvenience by extending the validity of my plan by 15 days.
So, kindly provide the promised extension of 15 days validity. Also, I would request the 15 days validity to be provided for Gold Plan as I’ve decided to upgrade my plan for better speed and data volume, from this month onwards. Please do the needful at the earliest and inform me. Do feel free to call in case of any query.
