I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order (Order TONTAP72044) of 8Pcs Girls Bra Brief Sets. Upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that I only received 3 pieces instead of the 8 pieces I had ordered. Not only that, but the items sent were completely different from what I had purchased; I received tops and tunics instead of the girls bra brief sets.
This mistake has caused a significant inconvenience for me, as I had specifically ordered these items for a particular purpose, and now I am left without the products I needed. I am deeply disappointed with this level of service and the lack of attention to detail.
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. I kindly request the following actions be taken:
