I creat a wallet account with my number and add Rs-4000 in my account, but for verification my account is freeze so I want my Rs-4000 refund to my source account which is used to perform last load transaction. I drop an email on 17th Jan [CASE ID-2889003] on Wecare@airtelbank.com they reply me and said that your amount will be credited to your source account within 7 working days but after 7 working days has been over amount is still not credited to my source account on 31st Jan I talk to customer executives on helpline number 400 she escalate my case to their backend team and told me that your problem will be resolved in two working days but same problem after 2 working days amount is still not credited to my source account and on 6th Feb I received an email [CASE ID-3020102] she told me to wait 24 hours for check and resolve my problem but still not resolved after 24 hours. I’m not getting any resolution of my problem after many tries please help me
