Dear Concern
I have an complaint against mis selling of sim. I visited the Airtel showroom Shalimar bagh for porting my sim to Airtel prepaid but one of lady Convence me to port into postpaid sim 8882147521. Now I realise she mis leading me that this plan provide me the sms service and calling service but after activating the sim i unable to send message to any one even the customer care number. This number is registered in all banks. Now what should I do. I want a sound solution either I will close my another number also which is 9971143945 which was I used from last 1.5 yrs.
I need solution either provide me the sms service or send me the porting code so I can port to another provider.
