Respected sir/madam! We are in education center, we are graduation students, we have everything now based on online.. Both semesters projects and etc… So this is really very important, and as for as the bill payment for this we r regular but it’s been disconnected, we r getting connected.. No Internet… We did all the possible ways but no result and contacted our store manager named thyagu – 8122176775 we contacted him.. But no response.. Literally… We r four in family.. Each of us called him.. For 20-30 times.. No response at all… We got a call from the various store to make the payment but bcoz of this issue only we stopped the payment please resolve the issue… And I we did not use the broadband… But we keep getting tat u used the 12.35 gb out of 13 gb every one is calling regarding the issue… But no one is resolving properly r giving the proper response.
