This is regarding my one airtel plan issue. (8197711814)
In May first week from airtel, someone called me and explained about One Airtel and convinced to convert my number, my wife’s number(9731788889), and broadband into that plan. Based on the plan i converted my prepaid plan to postpaid on May 4. According to them, everything supposed to come under one airtel. May month and i paid the bill also.
In June I got again a bill for my postpaid. SO i contacted Airtel and raised the issue before the due date. The customer care team told that they will fix it within 24 hours. after 48 hours i got a confirmation call. Again i had to explain the issue and he told me someone will contact me within 24 hrs. Like that, I called Airtel and raised the issue to the customer care team and one airtel team 4 times. Each time they told me someone will contact me within 24 hours. But no one called me regarding this issue. Now I am getting due bill warning every day.
If Airtel cant fix the issue, Please disconnect my broadband and convert my number -8197711814 – back to prepaid. Instead of saving money, i end up paying more now which is not acceptable.
