Dear Team,
I am a loyal customer of airtel services for more than 10 years (the below mentioned numbers are airtel numbers which our family members are using

Currently I have transferred the 8148143650 from idea to airtel 3 months back, I was not unable to use the services due to network issues and I have registered my concern to your team (once in 15 days) and they have committed it will be solved but it was not solved.
Now your team is demanding me to pay 3 months bills to release my account, you can refer my records where I have not used the number. Kindly wavier the amount since the number is not been used by me for the period you have charged due to your technical issue.
