Taken loan from here on 24th October and Repayment date was 30th October
I was paying But since 31st October till 2nd November there repayment service was not working and today November 3rd November and they have charged 2400Rs as overdue for 4 days.
Today i cleared with one late fees 800rs and paid 16908Rs and didn’t pay the overdue as their system was not working.
Each day there collection team use to call but they were not able to clear the error and today sayin to pay all dues.
It’s not my fault so why should I pay the overdue.
I have sent the screenshot of this issue to their mail id: support@flexiloan9.com
But they are not replying and they are calling for repayment.
Immediately action needs to be taken due to kind of stress i am feeling.
I have attached repayment details,loan agreement, screenshot of chats with customer support saying 3 days flexiloan was having issue with repayment system and screenshot of mail sent to them
