Ordered 2 watch through the online store, name 7eleven-shop my order number #15789. I have paid the full amount in advance. After I received the delivery the product is not what they are showing on the advertisement and it’s a cheap copy. I have already filled in the refund/return request but there is no answer from that point onward
And I already send all the details on giving WhatsApp number +91 81948 12781 but no one reply and I called on this number no one answered the call
