They sent me fake medicine

i have booked a trimmer on 8 jul 23 and received a message on 12 jul 23 that my order has been cancelled. Since then i am trying to contact Poshure.com, there is no reply of mails to refund the money. No contact number is given to contact.
i was, ofcourse sure that this company is run in Delhi, most of the fraudters are there in Delhi only. I thought to purchase having Amazon impression and the result is here.
anyway, i shall take it to the consumer court of law if money is not refunded in 5-7 days since the order date i. e. 08 JULY 23.
