70s kitchen an online cast iron cookware selling company

I placed an order on their website on November 21st, 2025, and received a payment confirmation via email.

Order Number: 51511

I am experiencing several issues:

I am unable to log into theit website (password reset is not working as the reset email is not coming through).

I cannot reach customer care via phone or whatsapp

I am unable to contact through any social media channels (your Instagram link is broken, and your WhatsApp number does not seem to be active).

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I do not know the status of my order or if I will receive a refund.
