I Saurav Nanda a regular customer of Airtel network with atmost dissatisfaction want to state that I have been suffering a lot due to bad network issues. My 2 GB data per day has been lapsing since last month. Inspite of repeated remainders and complaints to the customer care executive I couldn’t be provided
with a satisfactory solution. I have been paying rupees 698 for my internet connection which is going worthless. Out of frustration I called the Airtel customer executive and used slangs to them for their irresponsibility and inefficiency. I want to register a complaint against Airtel company and want you to take serious disciplinary action against them.
