Text of Complaint by Musheer Alam Jahangir:

I had purchased Lumx Brand Ac ( That Zamil AC Manufacturers , Rs 350 Crore Saudi Company) in Feb 2022 from Amazon.in .
I got E6 Error in August 22 which took 7 Months to Resolve .
My 12 Months Warranty was wastes by 7 months due to wrong diagnosis and Parts waiting due Unprofessional company personals .
2 Days before yesterday i got E1 error , Indoor Unit Motor Failure.
I had Complained to Service head Mr Shadab (+91 95602 47300 ) that he have it Replaced to which he knowingly shamefully stated that warranty has lapsed.

It is absolutely Criminal that a Customer’s 12 month warranty is wasted by 7 months parts waiting Time due to company’s Mismanagement and Incompetence.

I told Mr Shadab that this Particular Model (LX184INHDM/2021) is made Very Poor quality components that keeps failing one after another and company should provide Replacement of Robust Model instead of this poor quality Model.

I am writing you hopíng that this Matter is solved amicably or else I will be compelled to Criminally Prosecute for Fraud, Cheating against Directors ( George Eapen & others ) and Claim Further Damages that I and My Family have suffered due to sheer Mismanagement and Incompetence.
