Dear Sir,
Airtel has activated 6T SECONDSWAP service without my permission & charged Rs 49 for that. I am trying to contact the customer care since 2 hrs but call drops or fails transfer to customer care executive. I am unable to contact them by every possible means. I want my money back as I don’t want & I didn’t permitted/activated any service. Kindly do the needful.
