I have done a recharge of 666/- on Airtel thanks application, money was deducted from my SBI account and payment was successful but no recharge was successful till today and no refund also initiated.
The money was deducted on 5th of May 2022 at 12:46:33 PM. I have the transaction ID and order ID both. I will upload the screenshots of the supportive documents for your reference.
