hi yesterday I recharged Airtel number with 79 Rs . today morning I tried to call but telling Ballance is 0.0Rs. I did not talk that much. I called to Airtel customer care no response.installed Airtel app in another jio phone there is no chance to rise complaint. After calling so many times I knew Airtel charged for value added services. 25 RS 30rs 3rs if they have to get bank loan with my sim they take bank loan also.and I need to pay money I did use smart phone I have only Nokia small phone (not smart phone). with out asking my permission how can you cut my money.if I knew Airtel is doing this much fraud I will recharge with 149rs or I will migrate to BSNL sim. With in one day I lost total money 79Rs.
