I have registered a request of 6230156522 postpaid connection termination on 22/05/2020 with reference no. SR31-3006803760964.
Services remain suspended for a month and on 29 June this number services resumed. I raised complaint about this by email, 121 and to the customer care center. They again need 8 days for process of canceling. In between I received a call about prepaid migration that if I paid remaining dues they migrate it to prepaid in 3-4 hours on 1 July. I cleared the dues on the same day but it still postpaid. After that, I do not get any answer/ response regarding it.
It makes me mentally disturbed. Will this postpaid connection not terminate?
