10 days back I have ordered 60 N95 masks in Napptol I received the product I checked after 3 days and threads quality is very bad I immediately ask customer care they told only 48 hours for return or replacement
Later I again order same I received the product today quality of threads same very bad quality I asked them for replacement they refused .
Kindly take an action in this regard
