Hi, we bought 6 Acs -four FAC 2.0 TON and two FAC 4.0 TON from Heaven Techno System Pvt. Ltd (Bhopal) on 26th April 2023 for our restaurant. Within the first month, the ACs stopped working entirely. We have called the dealer many times, also registered complaint in the Voltas service centre but from the last two months, no one has taken any action, the dealer is unresponsive and Voltas service people have not visited either.
