consumer number 170016136258 , my july electricity bill has come up for 17120 which is outrageous ,We stay in rented flat our rent ia 16000 , how is this bill valid cannot understand they have given breakdown but are charging very high and not our fault they are charging for more units in different higher slabs why should we bare the brunt of covid 19 what relief are these people giving to consumers its mental harassment
