Dear Jio Customer Care,
I am writing to report an issue regarding 5G network coverage at my location. While my Jio SIM is able to connect to 5G when I go to the rooftop, there is no 5G signal inside my house. As a result, I am unable to use 5G internet indoors, which is causing inconvenience for my daily work and communication.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and improve the indoor 5G coverage in my area. Please escalate this to the technical team and provide a solution at the earliest.
