I received a order this morning (on 14 Dec), which I didn’t order, I had no option rather than pay 596 rupees for it. The envelope has a dummy card which I didn’t order, I went back to return the parcel to the post office and they didn’t take it back neither refund the money.
They had many same orders from that sender. I requested them to report the sender and to warn all the customers who were going to get scammed in the future. To which he didn’t bother and said he “won’t do that, I can’t stop them from taking the order and neither will I warn them”. Definitely all of the employees are involved in the scam too.
