I have sim card(post paid) of airtel in which one no. 5924102 with name #FunZone has been added by the above said company, which is first of all contacts. my mother and Little child 02 years in at home often open it and dial which is charged @Rs.5 per minute due to this we paid Rs. 1000 in bill up to 26th Jan 2022. We tried to delete this no.many times but could not . Then today my self call on customer care no. 121 and ask same problem but they replied that this no.can not be deleted and we unable to do in this regard.
It’s mention here that this is happening since last but we did not noticed. It is FRAUD being done by the airtel company with the customer.
It is therefore requested to do the needful in this regard at earliest so that we may not suffer so more financial loss in this regard.
