Text of Complaint by Aravind:

I bought a 55 inch LG tv from filpkart for 50000 INR . Filpkart installation guy came and told that the display was not working so placed a replacement Replacement ID: 12202200739620956788. But Filpkart told that they will need to send a technician to confirm the replacement. The technician is not yet allotted for a week and is constantly delaying the replacement.  When I am calling the customer care, they are constantly disconnecting the phone. I don’t know when to do. I lost 50000 INR to flipkart.
