I,m a shop owner and i made 2 transaction of rs.25000/- each for same customer as customer ask me to made 2 transaction as he purchased some good in pass and on that day and i took 50000/- of amount by fiserv. card machine but on next day when i have not received amount in my bank i raised complaint and they told me this is fraud transaction but i told him that is pure and correct transaction and i also share customer name and all documents which they required but still i m not get that amount after multiple follow up over mail and call.
