Text of Complaint by SM:

Hi,

I have done UPI recharge for my Hyd MetroRail Card through PhonePe App on 31st January 2023 of Rs.500/- which is deducted from my account but on reaching MetroRail customer care; they confirmed that the amount is not reflecting in their account to recharge my Card.
I have enclosed email confirmation from Metro Customer Service in the enclosed file.

I have tried raising ticket on PhonePe App from many days & App always throws error during complaint and customer service number also isn’t connecting.
